This is more suited to a midweek or Sunday evening and is very popular with crowds of all ages. I provide the books for up to 8 games of bingo, which tends to be the right number. I can also run musical bingo rounds which offer something different. My charges are very reasonable and include bingo tickets for the whole crowd.
You will need to get 16 or so prizes of various values – you get a better prize for getting full house than for getting one line, and there are usually 3 prizes per game. The prizes don’t need to be great and local shops etc often donate vouchers, hampers or similar.
A hot drink and a danish pastry or similar, with some crisps and sweets on the tables, normally suffices for the food, although suppers are not unknown. Tickets at my events have ranged in price from £5 to £40 each. Most schools or charities also have a raffle.
